Week 4 Wrap-Up – Grading Complete, What’s Next for the Tigers

Grading is officially done, and we’re heading into full competition fixtures with momentum, confidence, and a whole lot of heart.

From gritty efforts in short-handed games to sharp execution and comeback wins, Week 4 was packed with highlights. Here’s everything that’s happening across the club.

🏀 On the Court This Week
U10s continued to show hustle and improvement. The boys secured another win; the girls fought hard in a late game but ran out of steam.

U12s had mixed results. The girls split their games, with standout scoring and defensive efforts in Orange, and a physical loss for White. The boys lacked urgency in one game and impressed in another with top hustle efforts.

U14s showed resilience. Two teams played with only 4 players and never gave in. Black stormed back from 10 down to win with some of the week’s best team basketball.

U16s continued building confidence. White executed new spacing concepts for a win. The girls fought hard in tough games. Black showed glimpses but need to tighten up team structures.

U18s were in the thick of it. White picked up a strong win through transition play. Orange and Black both fought hard but couldn’t hold off second-half runs.

🗣 From the Director
As we wrap up grading, I want to take a moment to recognise what we’ve built together. This week alone, I saw players backing each other up after tough calls, coaches adjusting mid-game to give their teams the best shot, and parents on the sideline cheering for every player — not just their own.

This isn’t just about basketball. It’s about community.
It’s about effort over ego, growth over wins, and connection over perfection.
Thank you for being part of something bigger.
