MEDIA RELEASE: Registrations open for 2026 competitions
Iron Tigers Basketball Club is now accepting registrations for the Term 1 2026 season, with places available across two major competitions: PCYC Bateau Bay and expanding into the Central Coast Waves competition at Niagara Park and Terrigal.
PCYC Bateau Bay – Players Wanted
We are seeking players for the following age groups:

Under 10 boys

Under 12 boys

Under 14 boys and girls
PCYC teams train on Thursday evenings and compete on Fridays. The program offers consistent coaching, structured development and a positive team environment.
Waves Competition Expansion – Up to Nine Teams
Iron Tigers will increase its footprint in the Waves competition, with plans for up to nine teams taking the court this season. We are seeking players for:

Under 10 mixed (new division launched by Waves, Iron Tigers will enter a team)

Games on Wednesdays at Niagara Park
Training on Tuesdays at Niagara Park -

Games on Tuesday nights at Terrigal
Training on Thursdays at Central Coast Grammar School
The introduction of an Under 10 division is an important milestone for the Waves competition, and Iron Tigers is proud to support its launch by fielding a team. This expansion continues the club’s focus on providing clear pathways and professional coaching across the Central Coast.
