Niagara Park Team Training provides structured weekly sessions for Iron Tigers players competing in the Central Coast Waves Niagara Park competition. Training is a core part of the Iron Tigers program and all team players are expected to attend as part of their development across the season.
Training is where players develop the skills, habits and team concepts that carry into game day. Sessions are designed to support individual improvement, team understanding and consistent performance throughout the competition.

This training is specifically for players registered in an Iron Tigers Niagara Park team. Sessions align with team structures, game play and season development, ensuring players are progressing each week, not just participating on game day.

U12s–U14s — Tuesdays 4:30–6:00pm
Venue: Niagara Park Stadium
U16s–U18s — Thursdays 6:00-8:00pm
