Iron Tigers Head to Sydney for One-Day Tournament – Powered by Black Wolf Collective

On Monday 7 July, three Iron Tigers teams will take part in the Maharlika Winter One-Day Tournament at Blacktown Leisure Centre in Sydney.

Our U12 Black, U14 Black, and U16 Black boys teams will represent the club in what will be a valuable day of basketball during the school holidays. Each team is guaranteed three games, with the top two in each division progressing to a final.

This event gives our players a fresh challenge and a great opportunity to play against teams they wouldn’t normally meet in local competitions. It’s part of our broader focus on development, confidence-building, and creating memorable playing experiences beyond the regular season.

👥 Coaches Attending:

U12 BlackAnthony Broussard & Daniel Shorrock

U14 BlackGeorgia Bickhoff

U16 BlackByron Grundy

We’re proud of the work these coaches do every week and know they’ll guide the players with the same care, energy and focus they bring to every game and training session.

💛 Powered by Black Wolf Collective

We’re also pleased to share that the event is powered by Black Wolf Collective Erina, who have come on board as our official tournament sponsor. Their generous support helps reduce costs for families and ensures all players have the opportunity to take part. We’re grateful for their backing and proud to partner with a local business that supports junior sport on the Central Coast.

🏀 A Positive Step Forward

This tournament is part of our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful playing opportunities for Iron Tigers athletes. We’re looking forward to a fun and competitive day in Sydney and will share updates after the event.
