| It’s officially game on! Round 1 brought big wins, close contests, and some brilliant moments both on and off the court. Here’s everything that happened this week across the Iron Tigers community. |
On the Court This Week
| A strong week with dominant wins from 10 Black, 16 Black, 18 White, and 18 Orange. 10F White, 12F White, 14 White, and 14 Black all showed great improvement in close losses. 12 Black pushed through with limited numbers, and 12F Orange lost in a nailbiter. 14 Orange, 16 White, and 16F White fought hard despite tough results, while 18 Black faced one of the strongest teams in the comp. 16F Black had the bye. |

From the Director
This week I’ve found myself reflecting on how proud I am — not just of our players, but of our entire community. It’s the little moments that fill my cup:
…An introverted player finally chatting with teammates.
…A player who once didn’t want to go on court now confidently playing full games.
…A manager absolutely nailing their team comms.
Yes, the on-court growth is great, but what we’re building here goes beyond basketball. We’re shaping a club full of good people. Basketball is just the vehicle.
