Approved Development Coaches

Individual Training

Looking for additional support outside of team training?

Iron Tigers Approved Development Coaches provide individual and small group coaching for athletes looking to accelerate their development, build confidence and work on specific areas of their game.

Unlike many private training services, our Approved Development Coaches follow a structured development process. Each athlete begins with a Performance Consult to identify strengths, development priorities and clear areas of focus before progressing into ongoing coaching.

Whether an athlete is preparing for representative basketball, working towards increased confidence, improving specific skills or simply looking for additional support, our coaches can help create a clear pathway for improvement.

How It Works
Step 1 – Choose a Coach

Browse our Approved Development Coaches and select the coach who best aligns with your athlete’s goals.

Step 2 – Performance Consult

Your coach will complete an initial assessment to identify current strengths, development priorities and recommended focus areas.

Step 3 – Ongoing Development

Training sessions are tailored to the athlete’s individual needs and linked directly to their development goals.

Step 4 – Progress Review

Athletes and parents receive ongoing feedback and guidance to ensure progress remains aligned with their objectives.
