Programs Coordinator (Casual)

We’re looking for a Programs Coordinator to take ownership of our holiday camps.

This is a non-coaching role focused on organisation, coordination, and ensuring our camps run smoothly from start to finish.

About the role

The Programs Coordinator will take ownership of the planning and coordination of our holiday camps across the year.

This includes:

  • Plan and schedule holiday camps
  • Coordinate coaches and venues
  • Manage registrations and ensure camps run smoothly

This role suits someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable managing people and schedules

what we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Can manage schedules, people, and logistics
  • Is reliable and takes ownership of their work

You don’t need to be a coach or have a basketball background, but you should be comfortable working in a team environment alongside coaches and staff.

role details
  • Casual position up to 8 hours per fortnight
  • $32.80 per hour (Adult rate, aligned with the Sporting Organisations Award)
  • Flexible hours, primarily during school holiday periods

There is scope for this role to expand over time into broader program coordination, with increased hours as the role develops.
