Term 3 – Week 1 Wrap-Up

We’ve kicked off Term 3 with a bang, reaching a major club milestone:

For the first time, we ran training at three separate venues on the same night.

Thank you to all players, families and coaches for your flexibility and commitment. It’s a sign of just how far the club has come and how exciting this term will be.

New Teams Make Their Debut at PCYC

Friday 25 July marked a big moment as our newest teams stepped onto the court for their first official games at PCYC Bateau Bay.
Congratulations to:

  • 12 White
  • 12 Black
  • 10 Orange
  • 14F Black

We’re proud to welcome these players and coaches into the Iron Tigers family.

On the Court – Terrigal Results

It was a tough return to action for many of our Terrigal teams in Week 1, with several close contests and a few heartbreakers right at the buzzer. Both 12F Orange and 10 Black came away with draws, while 14 White stood out with a strong win over Coast Comets.

We had narrow losses for 12F White, 14 Orange, and 18 Orange, all decided by just a few points. While the results didn’t go our way overall, the effort and intensity are there. Now it’s about fine-tuning the details.

With rust shaken off and training back in full swing, we’re confident our teams will hit their stride in the weeks ahead.

Action Shots Incoming

Thanks to our new partner, Three Point Shots Photography, who were courtside during the week capturing game action. Photos will be shared once available…hope you smiled!
