Tour Overview

  • Tour is open to U16 and U18 Boys as well as seeking expressions of interest for girls teams.
  • Depart Central Coast afternoon Friday 13 Feb
  • Friday night activity: Mini-Golf 
  • Team breakfast + morning activity: Saturday and Sunday mornings
  • Games scheduled Saturday and Sunday (subject to tournament draw)
  • Team activities in between games
  • Tour Cost: $700 per person

What’s Included

  • Mini-bus travel to/from Coffs Harbour (leaving from Central Coast)
  • Tour warm-up top
  • Friday and Saturday night accommodation at Emerald Beach Caravan Park
  • Saturday and Sunday team breakfasts, lunch and dinners
  • Friday night pizza & bowling 
  • Morning team bonding activity (stretch session, beach walk or mini-golf)
  • Game-day bus transfers to and from courts
  • Dedicated coach for each team
  • Dedicated tour physio for injury management

What’s Not Included

  • Meals outside of those provided by the tour
  • Players should bring money for snacks, drinks and souvenirs
  • Playing uniform for non-Iron Tigers players ($65)

Medical and Dietary Requirements

All players must complete a medical and consent form before the tour. This will cover:

  • Medical conditions, medications, and emergency contacts
  • Dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • Consent for travel, supervision, and medical treatment if required

Breakfasts will be coordinated by Iron Tigers staff. We will cater for common dietary needs, but players with specific allergies or restrictions may need to bring additional food or snacks.
