The rivalry of the Year
It’s mates vs mates, region vs region, and one of the biggest highlights of the Iron Tigers calendar.
North vs South Club Day is our annual inter-club celebration, bringing together players from every Iron Tigers competition – Terrigal, Lakehaven and Bateau Bay – for one epic day of basketball, fun, and friendly rivalry.
Players are divided into North or South based on where they live, and selected to represent their region in a full day of competition, pride, and club spirit.
The Format
Every player who has represented Iron Tigers this year, including new players joining for the Summer Competition, is eligible for selection for either Team North or Team South.
Teams and coaches will represent their region across the following games:
U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys, U14 Boys
Coaches Celebrity Game [30 min showcase]
U16 Boys, U16 Girls, U18 Boys
Each game runs for one hour with short breaks between matches.
Event hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

North wears White Iron Tigers Uniforms
South wears Black Iron Tigers Uniforms
Fans, Families and Friends, choose a side and deck out in your teams Black or White Colours
House Captains
Two House Captains, one U18 boy from each region, will lead their sides on and off the court, representing the spirit of Iron Tigers.
For the 2025 Gala Day, Jesse Langcake (Avoca Beach) has been appointed South House Captain, while Daniel Shorrock (Bateau Bay) will lead the North region as House Captain
