Training is a core part of the Iron Tigers Program
All Iron Tigers team players are expected to attend weekly training as part of their development across the season.
Training is where players develop the skills, habits and team concepts that carry into game day.
Why training matters
Game day is where players compete. Training is where they improve.
Consistent training helps players build confidence, understand team concepts, make better decisions, and contribute more effectively on game day. Players who miss training regularly can fall behind in skill development and team understanding.
- Improve faster across the season
- Build confidence with the ball
- Understand team concepts more clearly
- Make better decisions under pressure
- Contribute more effectively on game day
Designed for Iron Tigers team players
This training is designed specifically for players competing in Iron Tigers teams. Sessions align with team concepts, game play and season development, so players are building skills that connect directly to their weekly games.
