Training for this competition (important)
All Iron Tigers players are strongly encouraged to attend weekly training throughout the season.
Training is where players develop the skills, habits and team concepts that carry into game day. It is a key part of the Iron Tigers program and recommended for all team players.
Training options:
- Season Training Bundle (recommended): Covers the full season and provides the best value
- Term Training: Flexible option for shorter commitments
